Technical English (reading and speaking). Experience in desktop system development using PowerBuilder. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. **Desirable Qualifications:** Solid experience in desktop system development using PowerBuilder. Sybase SQL Anywhere database. **Programming Languages — Advanced Level:** PowerBuilder, .NET (C\#), Sybase SQL Anywhere – required for software maintenance and development. **Frameworks:** .NET Core, .NET Framework – essential for developing and maintaining robust and scalable applications. **Libraries:** Entity Framework – used for efficient database interactions, especially in .NET applications. **Development Tools:** GitHub, Visual Studio, PowerScript, Copilot – fundamental for collaborative and efficient development.
