If you resonate with our way of being, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and resolve technical support tickets and user inquiries regarding company systems * Provide guidance to users on topics related to systems and systemic processes * Escalate tickets requiring specialized support to the Sustentação (Maintenance) team * Handle bulk data modification requests directly in systems or via data change forms * Evaluate recurring issues from support tickets and propose systemic improvements * Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for systemic improvement projects * Monitor market trends and identify innovations that deliver value to the company across business and technology areas **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in Web Application Development on Microsoft Platform; Required Tools and Knowledge: Programming Logic; * PHP * JavaScript * HTML and CSS * REST integrations (APIs) * SQL Server database. **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, rewarding achievements built together.
