If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Conducting advanced analyses on structured and unstructured datasets, applying statistical techniques, machine learning methods, and sound modeling practices. * Building, training, validating, and refining predictive and classification models, evaluating performance metrics and proposing continuous improvements. * Developing insights, reports, and dashboards with relevant business intelligence, clearly communicating results to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Collaborating with Data Engineering, Product, and BI teams to integrate models into corporate systems and internal applications. * Applying statistical sampling, modeling, and analysis techniques to identify business improvement and optimization opportunities. * Staying current with emerging data science practices, tools, and advancements, contributing to the team’s continuous evolution. \#LI\-LH1 **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields; * Knowledge of data science algorithms and proficiency in coding with Python and/or R; * Familiarity with code versioning and review processes (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), model monitoring in production, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing); * Experience developing data products, handling large volumes of data, and using tools (e.g., Spark, Dask, etc.); Proficient in SQL and the Data Science Toolkit (e.g., scikit\-learn, pandas, notebooks, etc.) and predictive modeling. * #### **Nice\-to\-Have:** * Postgraduate degree in fields related to data science; * Knowledge of model deployment in production and testing methodologies for data products; **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services across multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
