Opportunities for professional growth **Opportunity:** We are seeking a Data Assistant to join FortServ’s team and support the area’s operations by executing, organizing, and improving operational processes—specifically handling ticket triage, managing routines within the SAC module, consolidating data, and supporting the generation of managerial information that contributes to operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** The professional will provide support and execute activities related to the area’s operational processes, with emphasis on organizing customer service workflows, controlling information, and supporting operational data management. Main areas of activity: * Supporting operations of the SAC module processes. * Performing initial triage of requests received via FortConecta customer service channels. * Routing requests to appropriate responsible parties, ensuring workflow organization and agility. * Consolidating and organizing data related to the Customer Satisfaction Survey process. * Updating and maintaining operational reports and the area’s databases. * Assisting in updating and making occasional adjustments to dashboards and controls used in operations. * Supporting the organization and standardization of operational routines. * Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and controls within the area. Mandatory Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Process Management, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or structured customer service routines. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to organize and monitor processes. * Strong written communication skills. * Attention to detail and quality of recorded information Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience in consolidating and analyzing operational data. * Experience in customer service or SAC routines. * Familiarity with operational controls and managerial reporting. * Experience in environments with multiple customer service channels.
