We value our team and prioritize a collaborative, ethical, and excellence-oriented environment. **\#WeArePremium** We seek an accountable Accounting Assistant responsible for supporting departmental routines, ensuring accurate data integration, accounting reconciliations, and support for monthly closing, thereby guaranteeing information reliability and compliance with accounting standards and internal company policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately integrate data from tax, financial, fixed asset, and payroll modules; * Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet, bank, and income statement accounts; * Ensure proper composition and reliability of accounting balances, supported by appropriate documentation; * Support monthly accounting closing routines; **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in the accounting field; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Proficiency in Excel; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS Protheus; * Experience with accounting closing processes; If you identify with these requirements and are ready for a new challenge, join our team at Premium Essential Kitchen.
