Ensure safety and environmental protection, and conduct relevant training Internal vacancy for permanent hiring of intern DAVID SOUZA DE OLIVEIRA as Construction Engineering Assistant; employee details below: Name: David Souza Oliveira Current Position: Engineering Intern Cost Center: CCISA95 INCORPORADORA LTDA CPF: 371\.740\.418\-09 **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in managing technical inspections and audits of construction assets; * Coordinate the execution of projects, construction works, and services through monitoring, documentation, and critical analysis; * Advise, plan, and organize construction and service activities based on the company’s macro workflow and physical/financial schedule; * Support management activities based on the macro workflow and operational controls; * Assist in analyzing measurements, monitoring, evaluations, and budget controls; * Participate in construction planning according to workflow and deadlines, proposing improvement suggestions; * Monitor costs and expenses forecasted in the construction budget and plan; * Ensure safety and environmental protection by using personal protective equipment and strictly complying with safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures; * Monitor construction measurements per company procedure, submitting required documents and information. * Comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety plans implemented by the Company; * Promote training, safety, and environmental awareness through presentations and relevant information for the assigned area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in residential building construction; * Familiarity with AutoCAD, Prevision, Sienge, and Autodoc **Additional Information** Salary: R$ 3\.226,00 Meal Allowance: R$ 40.00 / day Bradesco Health and Dental Plan Transportation Allowance (VT) **Build the future with us!** For over 60 years, we have transformed dreams into homes.
