Examples: Mortality rate vs. ICD codes; critical cases of hospital-acquired infection by department; specialized neurology clinical staff vs. hospital; electronic medical record usage rate, among others; * Analyze clinical, epidemiological, and operational data to support decision-making in the Medical Practices department; * Create interactive dashboards and reports for monitoring health indicators and hospital performance; * Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify patterns and predict clinical risks; * Collaborate with medical teams to identify opportunities for improving clinical protocols; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance of analyzed clinical data; * Develop algorithms to optimize clinical workflows and reduce adverse events; * Monitor technological and regulatory trends in health data science. * Perform data processing, transformation, and consolidation from multiple sources and systems **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree Completed: Data Science Postgraduate Degree: Digital Health, Data Science Applied to Healthcare, or related fields Advanced proficiency in SQL, MV, Tasy, Python, R, Power BI, data science libraries, Apache Hop, and Pentaho. Ability to analyze and interpret epidemiological indicators and infection control reports. Practical knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA) and patient safety. Experience in building and maintaining Data Warehouses (DW) and dimensional models designed for data analysis. Perform data processing, transformation, and consolidation from multiple sources and systems.
