As a Business Analyst Intern, you will dive into meaningful projects that shape how Amazon serves its customers. You will work with real data and processes, analyzing information to identify improvement opportunities and contribute strategic recommendations. Throughout your internship, you will collaborate with various company departments, attend meetings with stakeholders, and present your findings to experienced professionals. Amazon operates on an in-person work model, and all employees—including interns—must work in person five days per week at our office located in the South Zone of São Paulo \- SP.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze data and processes to identify patterns, trends, and business improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather information, and document findings
Develop analysis-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Participate in impactful projects that directly contribute to Amazon’s objectives and customer experience
Communicate insights and results through clear presentations and documentation for diverse audiences
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration, or related fields, with graduation expected no earlier than July 2027
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
* Knowledge of SQL
* Intermediate English reading and writing skills
* Availability to intern for 12 months
* Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, totaling 30 hours per week, during standard business hours
* Availability to work in person at Amazon’s São Paulo headquarters five days per week
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Speak, write, and read fluently in English
* Knowledge of SQL
