The primary focus is to ensure that the database for reconciliation is complete and well-organized. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Organize, classify, and file accounting documents submitted by clients. Assist in data entry and import of accounting entries into the management system. Provide support in bank account reconciliation and bank statement verification. Monitor pending documents with clients to prevent delays in month-end closing. Contribute to a work environment grounded in transparency and ethics, avoiding shortcuts or irregularities. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or ongoing technical studies in the field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools (Drive and Sheets).
