**Main Responsibilities of the Tax Clerk:** * Receive, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing invoices in the system. * Issue specific invoices, such as return invoices, shipment invoices for repair or industrialization. * Assist in determining product tax codes (NCM). * Continuously update knowledge of changes in tax and fiscal legislation to ensure company compliance. * Organize documents and respond to tax inspection/audit requests. Meticulous attention to supplier registration data and daily tax routine control. **Basic Tax Knowledge** * Understand what an **electronic invoice (NF-e)** is and how to read it. * Understand key fields: **CFOP, CST, NCM, tax amounts**. * Basic understanding of **ICMS, PIS, and COFINS**. **Computer Skills** * **Basic Excel** — filters, summation, spreadsheet organization. * Use of **management systems (ERP)** — no need to know your specific ERP, but prior experience with any ERP is required. * Ability to import and consult **NF-e XML files**. **Organization and Attention to Detail** * Ability to follow a **posting checklist** without skipping steps. * Organization of digital files (folders, document naming conventions). * Attention to numbers — ability to notice when a value "does not match". **Requirements:** – Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. – Must reside in São Paulo South/Zones (100% on-site position). **Preferred Qualification:** Agribusiness knowledge. **Benefits:** · Meal allowance: R$53.00/day. · Breakfast. · 50% subsidized medical assistance (after probation period). · Dental assistance (after probation period). · Wellhub, Starbem, and Avus benefit programs. · Birthday day off. · Half-day time off monthly (after probation period). · Monthly rotating day off draw (after probation period). · Bonus (after 6 months). · Sesc membership. · Shuttle van service to Morumbi and Cidade Jardim metro stations. **Employment Type:** CLT. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 8 hours/day. **Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$4,000.00** **Cidade Jardim – SP** Compensation: Up to R$4,000.00 per month.
