Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. **Description:** Assist in organizing, analyzing, and improving the company's internal processes to increase operational efficiency, standardize activities, and reduce waste. **Responsibilities:** * Map and document the company's operational and administrative processes. * Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions. * Monitor departmental routines to identify improvement opportunities. * Support the implementation of improvements in production and administrative processes. * Collect data and performance indicators for processes. * Assist in analyzing bottlenecks, rework, and waste. * Support activity standardization and operational routine organization. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Support communication and training of teams on new processes and procedures. * Prepare reports and present information on performance and implemented improvements. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of process mapping and analysis; * Organized, analytical, proactive, and effective communicator.
