We seek someone who is communicative, analytical, didactic, and passionate about teaching and generating impact on the businesses of our students—with experience in education to support the development of our digital platform. **Requirements** * Technical expertise across major marketplaces; * Didactic ability, clarity, and capacity to simplify content; * Professional and empathetic communication; * Analytical capability regarding data and strategies within marketplaces; * Commitment to Mamba’s culture; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience with mentoring, training, or corporate education; * Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD, etc.); * Experience with marketplace performance strategies; * Ability to analyze engagement and learning metrics; **Your Responsibilities** * Methodological guidance and optimization of listings; * Translate Mamba’s methodologies and adapt them to students’ realities; * Conduct mentoring sessions and meetings focused on decision-making; * Strategically manage the marketplace channel; * Ensure continuity of learning paths, preventing student disengagement; * Fulfill weekly mentoring and meeting schedules as per the calendar; * Update the CRM with attendance, engagement, and learning path completion metrics. **Location & Work Model** Our team operates under a **100% in-office model** at our São Paulo (Brooklin) office.
