Maintain up-to-date records of the time bank **OPPORTUNITY FOR HR PAYROLL ASSISTANT** About the Role We are seeking an HR Payroll Assistant to join our team and directly handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee time tracking. The professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate data processing, compliance with labor and social security obligations, and proper organization of department-related documentation. **What You’ll Do Daily** * Assist in entering information for payroll processing, such as overtime hours, absences, deductions, and benefits; * Assist in organizing documents required for payroll closing; * Assist in managing and administering benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.); * Assist in enrolling and removing employees from benefits programs; * Provide support to employees regarding questions about company-offered benefits; * Assist in monitoring and verifying electronic time clock records, ensuring all entries are accurate; * Help correct time clock errors for employees and monitor overtime and compensatory time records; * Maintain updated time bank records per company policy; * Assist in requesting and delivering documents for employee onboarding and offboarding; * Assist with administrative tasks within the department, including vacation scheduling, leave and absence tracking; * Support preparation of internal reports and controls. **What We’re Looking For** * Currently pursuing or holding a completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Basic experience in HR Payroll functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking; * Familiarity with labor and social security legislation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees across departments; * Comfort handling confidential data and sensitive information; * Proactive mindset and ability to work under deadlines. **Our Benefits:** Caju: R$1\.244,00 per month for flexible use (meals, mobility, culture, education); Amil Health Insurance with 100% coverage by us!
