**Responsibilities and duties**: Will work at a company in the real estate sector and will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, active follow-up, product presentations, and after-sales service for clients, properties, and strategic partners; preparation and monitoring of commercial proposals; registration and updating of contacts and negotiations in the CRM; contract follow-up and interaction with the legal team; organization and submission of documents, certificates, and deeds; support in internal controls, spreadsheets, and sales reports; logistical and operational support in campaigns and events; organize necessary information in systems or spreadsheets; perform any required support activities to maintain operations; creation of commercial and institutional presentations (Canva/PowerPoint); basic video and photo editing (internal and external); occasional services necessary for operational execution; support marketing-related campaigns and commercial communications; participation in weekly alignment meetings, monthly results reporting, and PDCA reviews. **Experience and qualifications:** Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g.: Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet); ease using CRM platforms (e.g.: Kommo, Notion, Pipedrive, Monday or similar); basic video editing and light design skills (e.g.: CapCut, Canva, and PowerPoint); willingness to learn how to implement AI tools applied to sales and marketing across all operations. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales Management – currently enrolled or completed **Job details** * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Salary: BRL 2,100.00 * Work mode: On-site * Location requirement: São José dos Campos **Benefits** Meal allowance BRL 340.80 (Caju card) and transportation allowance BRL 10.00 per day (via Caju card or public transport pass) + monthly performance bonus.
