Caveo is at a pivotal stage of analytical maturity and seeks an Analytics Engineering Specialist to drive this cultural transformation. Here, we aim to introduce a new perspective on accounting routines and simplify physicians’ financial lives—enabling them to have more time, peace of mind, and resources to focus on what truly matters: people’s health. **Ready to join this mission with us?** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Map and automate accounts payable and receivable workflows via integration between Pipefy and Omie (REST API); * Build automated billing rules with email/WhatsApp notifications triggered by payment status; * Automate bank reconciliation (bank statements × Omie), eliminating manual verification; * Implement a structured payment approval pipeline, removing reliance on email/WhatsApp as approval channels; * Centralize data from Pipefy, Omie, and banks into a data warehouse; * Build and maintain automated financial dashboards: MRR, DRE, cash flow, delinquency; * Develop a cash flow forecast model updated automatically using real-time data; * Create automatic KPI alerts for thresholds exceeded (revenue churn, delinquency, burn); * Automate investor report generation using data pulled directly from source systems; * Serve as the technical focal point for the Finance team: support ad hoc data extractions and rapid analyses; * Document implemented processes and automations to ensure traceability and continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Strong analytical background: Proven experience working as a Senior or Specialist in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related fields; * Advanced Python: Pandas, requests, automation scripts, and ETL pipelines; * SQL and Data Modeling expertise: Advanced SQL knowledge for complex queries, large-volume data manipulation, and performance optimization, plus solid dimensional data modeling fundamentals; * Experience with REST APIs (authentication, pagination, webhooks); * Workflow orchestration and automation tools: n8n, Zapier, or equivalent; * Data Visualization expertise: High ability to build intuitive dashboards and high-impact executive reports.
