Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide Level 2 support—either via phone or online (guiding users and resolving questions regarding all system processes, configurations, and registrations); Develop reports in RM Reports and Reporting Service; Develop grade calculation formulas in TOTVS Educacional; Customize screens using the Metadata tool; Implement the School Census; Prepare user manuals; Test customizations; Validate new features; Update TOTVS RM versions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields; Experience implementing and maintaining the TOTVS RM Educacional system; Knowledge of SQL databases; Experience with configuration, business rules, customer service, and technical support; Preferred experience working in basic education institutions; Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
