




Job Summary: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for travel management systems, including diagnosing and resolving issues in systems such as Argo, Wooba, and Amadeus. Opportunity to assist in documenting processes and solutions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users (support, triage, and incident resolution); * Maintain travel and reservation management systems; * Diagnose and resolve system failures in platforms such as Argo, Wooba, and Amadeus; * Log, categorize, and track incidents using a service desk tool; * Escalate issues to higher-level support when required; * Assist in documenting processes, recurring incidents, and solutions; * Collaborate with vendors and partners (e.g., GDS and OBT systems); * Ensure compliance with SLAs and best support practices; * Support users with operational questions related to the systems. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Argo or Wooba; * Advanced knowledge of the Amadeus GDS (issuance robot, configuration, issuance, inquiry, PNR, etc.); * Prior experience (including internships) in technical support or system maintenance; * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Service Desk); * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in tourism companies, TMCs, or corporate travel agencies; * English – Intermediate or Advanced level * Knowledge of system integration or APIs (e.g., Amadeus); * Basic database knowledge (SQL); * Familiarity with corporate environments (Office 365, networks, etc.); * Knowledge of Benner ERP – Travel Module. * Experience with Freshservice or similar tools. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher or food allowance, Transportation voucher
