If you seek a collaborative environment with continuous learning and the chance to positively impact daily operations, join our team! **Responsibilities:** Design, implement, and maintain BI solutions that consolidate corporate information; Structure data integration and transformation (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and consistency; Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-area-aligned reports and dashboards; Support the modeling and implementation of institutional Data Warehouses and Data Lakes; Provide advanced data analytics and visualizations to support strategic decision-making; Evaluate and propose improvements to data models, KPIs, and information sources; Support development and business teams in interpreting and exploring data; Ensure compliance with information security policies and data governance. **Requirements:** Proficiency in programming and data manipulation languages, especially SQL (DDL and DML) and Python; Mastery of relational and dimensional data modeling (Star Schema or Snowflake); Experience with relational and analytical databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL); Knowledge of BI and analytics tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Metabase, or equivalents); Experience with data integration and automation tools (Pentaho, Talend, SSIS, Airflow, or equivalents); familiarity with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and data pipeline architectures; basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applied to BI; familiarity with version control environments (Git) and delivery pipelines (CI/CD); basic understanding of data security and confidentiality per LGPD and CNJ regulations. **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Administration, or related fields, plus relevant work experience
