Job Summary: A public service professional responsible for guiding applicants, collecting data, verifying documentation, managing appointments, and ensuring compliance and confidentiality of information in passport issuance processes. Ensuring compliance and confidentiality of information Provide direct, courteous, and assertive public service, guiding applicants on passport issuance procedures and requirements. Ensure accurate data collection, document verification, and compliance checks of records according to applicable regulations. Monitor performance indicators and operational targets related to service delivery and request processing. Safeguard the confidentiality of personal information handled, in accordance with the LGPD and internal policies. Record and maintain up-to-date data in administrative systems, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and security of processed information. Coordinate the organization of physical and digital documents, adhering to all internal control and storage procedures. Manage appointment scheduling for passport issuance services, facilitating daily demand and service flow organization. Collaborate with other administrative teams to provide reports on issuance volume and status of submitted requests. Ensure compliance with regulations established by regulatory authorities regarding documentation processes. Prepare and share regular reports consolidating issuance data, identified issues, and implemented solutions. Collaborate with the Airport Operations Assistant to align processes and implement workflow improvements. Support administrative projects, including implementation of new guidelines and best practices in service delivery. Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information from control agencies. Manage appointments and support daily service flow organization. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:20 to 18:08.
