Accounting Coordinator – Consolidation and Reporting

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the global consolidation of financial information, ensuring data integrity, report validation, and technical support on accounting standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of consolidated balance sheets and income statements (DRE) 2. Lead and develop the technical team in accounting legislation and standards 3. Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS and internal accounting policies Responsible for coordinating the global consolidation process of business unit financial information, ensuring data integrity across SAP and EPM systems. Involved in validating management reports, supporting internal and external audits, and providing technical guidance on accounting standards to ensure financial reports accurately reflect Tigre Group’s financial position within global and local deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of consolidated, statutory, and management balance sheets and income statements (DRE). * Review, validate, and ensure appropriateness of accounting balances and intercompany eliminations; lead consolidation by segment, business unit, and region. * Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation, justifications for journal entries, and clarifications on processes to ensure validation and certification of accounting controls. * Ensure reconciliation among financial, management, and budgetary results. * Prepare consolidated financial statements and explanatory notes to comply with CVM regulations and other regulatory bodies. * Lead and develop the technical team through continuous guidance on accounting legislation and standards to maintain technical excellence and team motivation. * Coordinate preparation of regulatory and institutional reports: preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements (DFs), ITR/DFP, CVM forms, Investor Relations (IR) materials, and external audit support. * Coordinate preparation of management cash flow statements (DFC), strategic reports, and materials for Management. * Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS, internal accounting policies, and corporate governance best practices. * Lead technical discussions with external auditors on critical topics. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and digitalization of closing and consolidation processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Solid experience in accounting closing and consolidation processes within Shared Services Centers (SSCs). * Experience supporting external audits. * Advanced proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules (essential); knowledge of SAP BW/BPC (highly desirable). * In-depth knowledge of IFRS and CPCs (Brazilian accounting standards). * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council). **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Controllership, IFRS, or Financial Management. * Prior experience leading accounting teams. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean Six Sigma for process improvement. * Advanced proficiency in VBA and Power Query is a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite in Joinville). * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
