Support the team with technical questions and best practices **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for developing and enhancing solutions on the WBS service platform (ServiceNow and related platforms), including forms, workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring technical quality, component reuse, and adherence to the platform's development best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop medium-complexity solutions on the WBS platform, including forms, workflows, business scripts, and system integrations. * Participate in meetings with users and analysts to gain a detailed understanding of requirements, contributing technical solution suggestions. * Develop scripts containing business rules, validations, and automations, respecting platform development standards and governance. * Perform unit testing and support integrated testing, adjusting solutions based on defects and feedback received. * Resolve errors identified during integrated testing or production, analyzing root causes and proposing structural adjustments when necessary. * Document developed solutions technically (logical architecture, rules, integrations, dependencies), ensuring traceability and facilitating maintenance. * Provide technical support to user areas regarding questions related to solutions deployed on the WBS platform. * Detail functional and technical development tasks to be performed by other developers, when required, supporting task distribution. * Support the team with technical questions regarding platform standards, components, and development best practices. * Support the implementation of simple integrations between the WBS platform and other systems, using basic integration knowledge and SAP. * Perform other related activities concerning development, integration, and support of solutions on the WBS platform, as directed by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed technical course in Information Systems, Systems Development, Programming, or Computer Science. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of tenure at the company (calculated from the job posting date). **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of programming languages: Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Basic database knowledge, focusing on Oracle and SQL. * Basic SAP knowledge. * Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. * Knowledge of ServiceNow, including catalog items, Flow Designer, and platform administration. * Basic understanding of system integration. * Knowledge of Scrum methodology. **PERSONAL SKILLS:** Sense of priorities, creativity, verbal and written communication, organization, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and initiative **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Profit-sharing program; Private pension plan; Health and dental insurance; Subsidized meal allowance; On-site medical clinic; Pharmacy card; Benefits club; Flexible working hours; Training programs; Nursery agreements; Life insurance; Recreational association, among others.
