The Financial Products Assistant is responsible for serving customers throughout the financial products sales process, fully committed to exceeding their needs by delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** Delight customers during the sales process of financial products, providing assistance whenever necessary; Perform activities related to the company’s credit area, such as credit approval, card issuance, and providing information to customers; Update customers’ registration data and ensure quality in the sale of financial products; Responsible for organizing and requesting promotional materials for financial products. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Passion for fashion; Enjoy public-facing customer service; Affinity with financial products; Proficiency with digital tools; Ability to offer financial products **Additional Information** Learn about our benefits! \*Eligibility subject to your position.
