The goal is to leverage Generative AI for automation, innovation, and decision support, transforming operational and strategic data into intelligent actions for internal and external customers. Responsibilities and Duties * Agent Orchestration: Lead the design of architectures where multiple AI agents collaborate to resolve complex workflows, defining roles, tools (MCP), and communication protocols among them; * Solving High-Complexity Problems: Work at the forefront of challenging projects, ensuring AI technology is applied practically and efficiently; * RAG and Data Flow Implementation: Serve as the technical reference for implementing modern architectures such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), securely connecting LLMs to corporate databases; * Data Curation and Quality: Ensure data consumed by agents is reliable, performing necessary preprocessing and modeling to optimize response performance (Data-Centric approach); * Results Evaluation: Define success metrics for agents (groundedness, relevance, accuracy) and ensure solution generalizability; * Leadership and Mentoring: Act as technical reference for the team, introducing market trends, new orchestration tools, and promoting a Data-Driven philosophy; * Customer Interface: Conduct technical and business requirements gathering through interviews supported by the UX team, ensuring the AI solution truly addresses end-user pain points; Requirements and Qualifications * Generative AI Proficiency: Solid experience with LLMs, advanced Prompt Engineering techniques, and RAG architecture; * Orchestration Frameworks: Practical expertise with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph; * Programming Language: Advanced Python (with emphasis on API integration and data manipulation using Pandas); * Databases: Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar in BigQuery); * Software Engineering: Knowledge of developing and consuming REST APIs, version control (Git), and code deployment/maintenance practices; * Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to navigate across different technologies to identify the optimal combination for each problem (model-agnostic).
