We are looking for a committed, organized professional who enjoys working on-site, supporting occupational safety routines and contributing to a safer environment for everyone.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Support occupational safety routines at the construction site/unit;
* Receive and verify documentation from employees and contractors;
* Monitor validity of ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), training records, and mandatory documents;
* Organize and archive documentation;
* Assist in safety and fire extinguisher inspections;
* Deliver and provide guidance on correct use of PPE;
* Monitor on-site activities, supporting risk prevention;
* Assist in completing safety checklists;
* Support the implementation of DSS (Weekly Safety Dialogue);
* Contribute to employee awareness and safety initiatives.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Occupational Safety (in progress or completed);
* Basic knowledge of administrative routines and Microsoft Office suite;
* Good communication and organizational skills;
* Proactive profile with attention to detail.
**Advantages:**
