Job Summary: The Tax Analyst will be responsible for tax analysis, tax operations, tax bookkeeping, tax calculation, and monitoring of tax legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in the DOMÍNIO ERP system and intermediate Excel The Tax Analyst’s responsibilities include tax analysis and tax operations; tax bookkeeping and closing of tax ledgers and files; tax calculation; completion and submission of ancillary obligations; issuance and submission of tax payment slips; monitoring of tax legislation and pending matters; and other departmental routine tasks. **Requirements:** Reside in Indaiatuba; Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration or Accounting Sciences; Prior experience in the tax area and knowledge of federal and state tax legislation; Practical experience with the DOMINIO ERP system and intermediate-level Excel spreadsheets; Knowledge of the new tax reform. **Possess extensive technical and operational knowledge:** \- Companies taxed under Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; \- Analysis and verification of input, output, and service invoices; \- Tax bookkeeping, including CFOP, NATOP, NCM, and CST classification and registration; \- Calculation of taxes: ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS\-ST, DIFAL, IRPJ, CSLL, and WITHHOLDINGS; \- Preparation, closing, and submission of ancillary obligations: SPED EFD PIS/COFINS and ICMS/IPI, MIT, DCTFWEB, REINF, GIA ST; \- Monitoring of current tax legislation and the new tax reform; \- Tax reconciliations, including taxes, customers, and suppliers; \- Monitoring of tax, fiscal, and pending matter routines; \- Reviewing internal tax operation routines and improving procedures; \- Supporting internal/external audits and tax inspections; \- Providing tax support to other departments.
