We seek communicative, proactive individuals eager to grow alongside us! **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly, courteously, and cheerfully, presenting store products clearly and attractively. Present the menu, clarify questions, and suggest items and promotions. * Provide in-person, telephone, and online *(WhatsApp \+ delivery apps)* customer service, ensuring excellence in every interaction. * Process and record orders in the POS and delivery systems, updating production status and tracking deliveries. * Dispatch and guide motorcycle couriers/delivery personnel, organizing departure sequence. * Accurately record change and payments. * Oversee the entire customer service and delivery process while maintaining speed and organization. *(note order, enter into system, send to production, monitor preparation, dispatch to courier, track delivery, post-sale follow-up)* * Support inventory control, restocking, and verification of received goods, keeping inventory updated and properly managed. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to food safety best practices. * Work collaboratively as part of a team to foster a positive and cooperative environment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (secondary level). * Clear spoken and written Portuguese. * Fast typing ***(essential)***. * Prior experience in customer service ***(essential)***. * Familiarity with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, etc.) ***(preferred)*** * Residence near Barra da Tijuca / Recreio. * Availability for shift work. * Friendly, communicative, organized, proactive profile with multitasking ability. **Working Hours:** * Tuesday to Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM or from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM\. * Fixed day off on Mondays and one Sunday per month. **Benefits:** * **Starting salary:** R$ 1\.800,00\. * **Meal allowance:** R$ 25.00/day. * **Transportation allowance:** R$ 9.40/day.
