




Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Seller to operate at the top of the sales funnel — initiating conversations with leads, generating qualified appointment bookings, and nurturing relationships via social media and CRM. You will be responsible for **initiating conversations with leads**, identifying interests, **generating qualified appointment bookings**, and **nurturing relationships with potential customers** via social media, WhatsApp, and CRM. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **consultative and humanized outreach** to leads sourced from ads, social media, and referrals. * Generate **conversions into meeting/sales appointments** for the Closer team. * Perform **follow-ups**, lead nurturing, and reactivation of past contacts. * Use provided **scripts and playbooks** to conduct conversations with technique and empathy. * Log all interactions in the **CRM** with discipline and organization. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide continuous feedback. **Requirements** * Prior experience as an SDR, Social Seller, pre-sales representative, or customer service agent via WhatsApp and social media. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with tools such as **WhatsApp Web, Instagram, Facebook, CRM (HubSpot, RD Station, Notion, or similar)**. * Comfort with technology, typing speed, and handling multiple concurrent interactions. * Analytical mindset and discipline in meeting daily performance targets. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of the automotive industry or consultative sales. * Experience with **paid traffic lead handling**. * Prior work with **Sales Playbooks** or appointment booking funnels. * Motivated by **results and performance-based bonuses**. **What We Offer** * Weekly training sessions with industry experts. * Access to proven sales methodologies and automation tools. * Integrated digital tools (CRM, scripts, AI support). * Commissions per appointment and bonuses for achieving targets. * Internal growth opportunities into Closer or Commercial Management roles. **Role Objective** Transform conversations into qualified commercial opportunities and drive sales growth through a modern, fast, and consultative approach.
