




Job Summary: Ensure compliance with the group's (Magalog, GFL, and SODE) tax legislation, focusing on tax recordkeeping, calculation, issuance, and validation of tax documents. Serving as the focal point for projects involving changes to tax rules within the system 3. Actively participating in alignment efforts with the Tax Reform Description: Opportunity Responsibilities Role Mission: Ensure compliance with national tax legislation applicable to the group's companies (Magalog, GFL, and SODE), guaranteeing accurate tax recordkeeping, calculation, issuance, and validation of tax documents, while also providing consultative support to operations and proactively addressing matters related to the Tax Reform. Main Activities: * Issue and/or validate fiscal invoices (sales, scrap, consignment-return) and Electronic Transport Documents (CT-e), ensuring correct tax classification (tax type, origin, destination). * Use the MASTERSAF system to register invoices and record expenses (purchases and others). * Support the Shared Services Center (SSC) team in validating tax calculations (issuance and receipt of invoices). * Perform mandatory tax calculations. * Monitor and provide support during tax inspections and notifications issued by the Federal Revenue Service, especially concerning retained cargo processes. * Track and take necessary actions upon receipt of infringement notices. * Serve as the focal point and provide technical support for projects modifying tax-related fields and rules within the system, with emphasis on transporter-specific tax base requirements. * Actively participate and contribute to discussions and adjustments related to the Tax Reform alongside the team and other involved departments. \#LI\-Onsite Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, etc.) and ancillary obligations, particularly regarding logistics and transportation operations. * Solid experience, preferably in large-scale enterprises within the Logistics or Transportation sectors. * Hands-on experience with complex tax document issuance and validation routines (NF-e, CT-e, consignment/return invoices). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas). * Prior involvement in tax change projects or familiarity with the impact of the Tax Reform is desirable. * Willingness to work in Louveira/SP 2512100202181912704
