The professional will be responsible for the entire initial commercial process up to order formalization. Key Responsibilities * Lead handling (WhatsApp, phone, and other channels) * Sending e\-mails * Making outbound commercial calls * Customer service and support during the sales process * Issuing orders via system * Active prospecting via Google * Detailed recording of order specifications (measurements, fabric, model, lining, etc.) * Tracking and organizing commercial information Requirements Education: * Completed High School Technical Knowledge: * Basic/intermediate computer skills * Microsoft Office suite * Proficiency in calculations and percentages * Experience with the HABLA system is a plus Compensation \* Fixed salary: \*R$ 1\.900,00\* * Monthly target-based commission: * 1% \- 1.5% \- 2% of results \* Potential to earn up to \*R$ 3\.500,00 per month\* * Working Hours * Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Benefits * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * On Saturdays: meals provided by the company or equivalent cash payment.
