The Software Quality team ensures our deliveries reach customers with a high level of reliability by performing tests, identifying defects, and supporting continuous process improvements. We are seeking a **Senior Software Quality Analyst** to perform testing, identify bugs, and contribute to the evolution of our products. If you are curious, analytical, and seek an innovative environment, this opportunity is for you! ✨ **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct manual and automated (functional, regression, and exploratory) testing, ensuring coverage of critical workflows * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Cypress and Playwright, focusing on stability and reusability * Plan and execute API testing, supporting identification of integration defects * Use AI tools to assist in creation, review, and optimization of test scenarios and cases, always applying critical validation of results * Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution, supporting the team in root cause analysis and verification of fixes * Define acceptance criteria and risk-based test strategies, suggesting testability improvements (e.g., test data, logs, and patterns) * Integrate and monitor test execution within the CI/CD pipeline, analyzing results and reducing flakiness * Produce and maintain documentation, test evidence, and quality status and risk reports for stakeholders **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Attention to detail; * Strong communication and clarity in expressing ideas; * Proactivity and collaboration in team environments.
