Purchasing Assistant

Description

Work collaboratively with the procurement team to support procedures related to the delivery of materials, products, or services required for the operation of the Contracting Management Department, ensuring that resources are acquired appropriately, at the right time, and under the best possible terms, thereby contributing to the optimization of internal processes and reduction of operational costs. Working Hours: 40 hours per week Education and Qualifications: Candidate must hold a technical qualification in at least one of the following fields: administration, logistics, information technology, logistics technology, electrical engineering, mechanical/metallurgical engineering, offered by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, State Secretariats of Education, or State Councils of Education. Diplomas and certificates from other technical courses with different names will also be accepted, provided they appear in the Convergence Table of the National Catalog of Technical Courses (established by Ordinance No. 870, dated July 16, 2008, issued by the Ministry of Education) and are directly related to the technical courses required for this position. Candidates holding higher education degrees recognized by the Ministry of Education, State Secretariats of Education, or State Councils of Education are also eligible. Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years of documented professional experience—verified via resume and CTPS—in logistics and/or procurement activities. Required Knowledge: Proficiency in text editors, presentation software, electronic spreadsheets, email applications, and SAP.
