Azul Empréstimo Madureira is a banking correspondent partnered with over 40 banks, specializing in payroll-deductible loans for retirees, pensioners, public servants, and CLT employees. We seek a sales consultant passionate about interacting with people and possessing a consultative profile—focused on understanding each customer’s needs before proposing a solution. **1. What we expect from you:** * Prior sales experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Genuine passion for interacting with people, including individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds * Consultative profile, prioritizing understanding before proposing solutions * Proficiency with computers and proposal typing * Organization, discipline, and goal- and process-oriented mindset * Commitment to results, treating every target as a personal objective * Punctuality, responsibility, and professional demeanor * Ethical, transparent, and respectful conduct * Proactivity, engagement, and genuine willingness to evolve * Performance focus without compromising service quality * Completed High School Education **2.
