If you seek challenges, professional development, and the opportunity to join a highly qualified team, this position is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using **SAP PowerDesigner**. * Perform modeling and evolution of **Oracle** databases, ensuring integrity, consistency, and standardization of structures. * Conduct reverse engineering and synchronization of data models with database environments. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for models and data dictionaries. * Generate and validate DDL scripts for creating and modifying database objects. * Define and apply modeling standards, naming conventions, and data governance practices. * Support development, architecture, and DBA teams in defining optimal solutions for data storage and organization. * Analyze the impact of changes to data models and propose solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and information quality. * Ensure model compliance with business rules and organizational standards. * Participate in system evolution projects, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Experience** * Proven experience as a **Data Administrator (DA)** or Data Modeler. * Experience in data modeling and administration projects within corporate environments. * Experience with Oracle databases and data governance processes. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, supporting developers, architects, and DBAs. ### **Tools and Technologies** * **SAP PowerDesigner** (mandatory). * Oracle Database. * SQL (queries and optimization). * DDL language (CREATE, ALTER, DROP). * Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling. * Reverse Engineering and model synchronization. * Version control tools (Git) – desirable. * Azure DevOps or Jira – desirable. * Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel – desirable. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Relational modeling and data normalization. * Referential integrity and data quality. * Data governance and documentation. * Data dictionary. * Naming conventions and data architecture standards. * Impact analysis for data model changes. * DDL script generation and validation. * Data Warehouse and ETL concepts (desirable). ### **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and documentation ability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive problem-solving. * Sense of responsibility and commitment to delivery quality. * Adaptability to new challenges and technologies. ### **Certifications (Desirable)** * Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0\-071\) or equivalent. * Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional (OCP). * Data Governance certifications (DAMA/CDMP) will be considered a differentiator. * Agile methodology certifications (Scrum Foundation, PSM, or CSM) will also be a differentiator. **Join Certsys and Be Part of the Public Sector’s Digital Transformation!** Are you passionate about technology and innovation, and do you believe true digital transformation begins with cultural change?
