Maintenance of customer records and identification of customer profiles **Sales Assistant \- Jundiaí/SP \- 1112** A large-scale manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Assistant with a **commercial and customer service** profile — organized, communicative, and proactive — to support the sales team. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist sales representatives in customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels; * Conduct pre-sales support, clarifying inquiries regarding products, pricing, and payment terms; * Register new customers and maintain up-to-date customer data in the system; * Identify customer profiles and segmentation to support more effective commercial initiatives; * Organize commercial information, proposals, and service records; * Provide administrative support to the commercial department as needed. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); * Prior experience in customer service or sales team support is considered advantageous; * Intermediate proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially **Excel and Word**; * Comfort operating digital systems and tools.
