If you are passionate about challenges and want to be part of a team shaping the future, join our team! **Position: Sales and Budgeting Support Analyst** **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and feasibility studies by gathering and analyzing data, reviewing tender documents and other related materials, seeking support from involved departments, consulting Sales Tables to determine costs for proposals and tenders; * Perform administrative tasks, such as supporting internal and external clients to clarify doubts regarding proposals and budgets, among others; prepare maintenance proposals; generate sales orders; issue invoices and notify customers; request and monitor contract preparation; prepare internal production orders; register and update customer information; monitor and manage CRM approvals; prepare reports. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school * **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite **Company location**: Hauer \- Curitiba\-PR **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Meal allowance, transportation voucher, health insurance, dental insurance, profit-sharing program (PPR), pharmacy discount program, life insurance, emergency and urgent ambulance service agreement, on-site fitness classes twice per week, gym membership agreements, birthday leave, among others.
