We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion—to apply. **Job Description** * Develop and parameterize engine functionality with focus on cold starts and vehicle drivability; * Participate in engine calibration development for conventional and hybrid projects; * Prepare technical reports, test sheets, and milestone summaries; * Ensure calibration quality, confidence levels, and technical compliance of projects; * Attend technical follow-up meetings and métier planning sessions; * Perform validations and certifications under various operating conditions (cold, hot, and high altitude); * Follow and propose procedures applicable to projects and Horse calibration standards; * Support adherence to project schedules and technical deliverables. **Qualifications** * Experience in internal combustion engine calibration (Otto cycle – Diesel experience is a plus); * Practical experience with cold starts and vehicle drivability; * Knowledge of pollutant formation (NOx, CO, and NMHC); * Familiarity with thermodynamics is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in INCA and MATLAB; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Fluent English; * Valid driver's license for external activities involving vehicles; **Additional Information** On-site work in Curitiba
