Job Summary: An R&S professional responsible for managing the entire recruitment workflow—from role profiling alignment to onboarding—with emphasis on technical areas and partner relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Full-cycle Recruitment & Selection execution 2. Support for R&S processes in technical areas (Nursing, Pharmacy) 3. Focus on employer branding and institutional relationship building **Job Description:** ---------------------- 1\. Execute the full R\&S workflow—from role profiling alignment to hiring. 2\. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and external partnerships. 3\. Conduct candidate screenings, individual interviews, and group dynamics sessions. 4\. Administer behavioral and situational assessments per Solar’s methodology. 5\. Refer approved candidates for medical examinations and documentation processing. 6\. Actively participate in new hire onboarding. 7\. Support R\&S processes specific to technical areas (Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations, etc.). 8\. Monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-hire, SLA, stage-wise conversion rate, 90-day turnover). 9\. Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities on LinkedIn and other channels. 10\. Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and partner institutions. 11\. Utilize HR/IA systems for candidate pipeline management and reporting. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2\. Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. 3\. Familiarity with behavioral interviews and screening tools. 4\. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- 1\. Experience in R\&S within healthcare, home care, or high-operational-demand companies. 2\. Knowledge of People Analytics and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 3\. Experience recruiting Nursing and other technical profiles. 4\.
