Focused on matching talents with the right opportunities, it aims to optimize the hiring process for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Handle onboarding routines, including requesting and verifying documents. Assist in payroll processing by entering timekeeping data and generating advance salary slips, 13th-month salary statements, and monthly payroll reports, as well as organizing and archiving documents. Support vacation and leave processes by registering data in the system, generating receipts, and updating control spreadsheets. Assist in termination procedures by requesting documentation, entering information into the system, and organizing files. Assist in tax calculations and generation of ancillary obligations; provide customer service and maintain organization of physical and digital files. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Payroll Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, or Recruitment and Selection Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
