If you are a person with a disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our team of Yellow-Blood Heroes and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor the assigned area to ensure site security, maintaining vigilance over the movement of people and vehicles. * Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. * Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. * Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their staff. * Provide any information or assistance requested by your immediate supervisor. * Perform visible, proactive duties to safeguard people, facilities, and assets, deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client’s interests—whether criminal or otherwise—while complying with legal requirements. * Follow all directives and procedures established for your assigned post. * Prepare daily shift/post reports as stipulated by the company. * Assume responsibility for custody of materials under your charge (firearms, documentation, and post equipment). * Complete required documents for performing your duties (e.g., guard logbook and time card). * In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, prioritizing your own safety and protecting the assets entrusted to you. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed high school education. * Valid and up-to-date Private Security Officer Training Certificate. * Basic computer literacy. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Minimum two years of valid driver’s license (Category B), with proven experience operating motor vehicles. * Residence near SERRA / ES. **WORK LOCATION:** SERRA / ES
