**Our Mission** Contribute through socioeducational actions to raise awareness among children, youth, and adults about their dignity and transformative potential. The Early Childhood Program promotes the development, socialization, and autonomy of infants and children aged 0 to 3 years across 15 Early Childhood Education Centers (CEIs), aiming to guarantee learning rights while believing in the child as protagonist and explorer—fostering an education that stimulates autonomy, integration, and socialization. The pedagogical actions implemented by the Program are grounded in Education for Sustainable Development. In 2022, Liga participated in Virada ODS: a municipal public policy supported by the United Nations (UN) to broaden awareness and civic engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals within the context of early childhood. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and plan pedagogical activities at the Early Childhood Education Center, training and guiding staff to ensure learning rights for teams, infants, and children, as well as achievement of goals established with management and policies governing early childhood education; * Plan and develop the annual pedagogical project, organizing and describing the pedagogical activities to be carried out; * Strengthen continuous professional development, consolidating the concept of early childhood education based on the National Curriculum Guidelines and other foundational documents; * Design and implement a formative plan focused on care, education, and the right to learning through play for infants and children; * Collaborate with management, teachers, and the school community to plan and execute quality indicators for early childhood education; * Evaluate self-development and knowledge management of the teaching team; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and postgraduate studies in Early Childhood Education, School Management, Psychopedagogy, Neuropsychopedagogy, Inclusive Education, Emotional Intelligence, and/or Integral Education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; * Experience in early childhood education and knowledge of child developmental stages; **Additional Information** **Additional Information** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week); **Benefits** * Free Amil Saúde S60 medical assistance for employees after the probationary period; * Discounts on medications at pharmacies upon presenting Amil medical assistance; * Free Porto Seguro dental assistance (Bronze plan) for employees; * Life insurance and coverage (death, disability, funeral assistance, others); * On-site meals (lunch); * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and extended paternity leave (30 days); * Childcare allowance (for children up to 4 years old); * Newborn bonus; * Study grants (available after 1 year of employment) for postgraduate or medium-duration courses; * 30% discount on tuition fees at our Santa Amália schools; * Discounts of 10% to 40% with partner educational institutions; * Discount at Liga’s Bazaar; * Loans according to current policy; * Wellhub; * Transportation voucher (optional, with deductions as per current legislation). **Liga Solidária** Liga Solidária is a centennial social organization impacting thousands of people in the city of São Paulo.
