**Description:**
Work in the occupational safety, health, and environmental protection process, keeping workers informed and trained on risks, standards, and applicable procedures to comply with regulations related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage occupational health and safety documents in the SOC system, ensuring up-to-date records and legal compliance. Deliver and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), developing educational campaigns for accident prevention and environmental protection. Participate in accident analyses and investigations, supporting corrective and preventive action plans. Prepare Work Orders, conduct onboarding sessions, and deliver training on safety standards and procedures. Monitor OSH performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Inspect workplaces, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe conditions. Manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Emergency Response Team, as well as third-party documentation (Risk Assessment Report - PGR, Occupational Health Program - PCMSO, Occupational Health Certificate - ASO, and training records). Control and inspect fire-fighting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
**Requirements:**
Completed bachelor's degree;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Civil Firefighter Training – NR20, NR23, NR33, NR35, for delivering Occupational Safety and Health Training;
Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), for delivering Occupational Safety and Health Training;
NR5 Training for managing CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee;
Familiarity with the SOC system and eSocial system.
