If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **Responsibilities:** * **Needs Analysis:** Evaluate the company's material requirements, estimate demand, and identify future needs based on inventory data; * **Inventory Management:** Maintain appropriate inventory levels, avoiding shortages or excesses that could hinder production or increase costs; * **Material Registration:** Register materials and services in the company's systems; * **Purchase Tracking:** Monitor purchase orders and verify deliveries, ensuring materials meet specifications; * **Monitoring:** Monitor material storage and quality, ensuring compliance with established standards. * **Reporting and Data Analysis:** Generate reports and analyze inventory and supply data, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; * Microsoft Office proficiency — intermediate to advanced (spreadsheet development); * Strong communication skills, dynamic personality, ability to work well in teams, and a results-oriented mindset; **NOTE: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory analysis** **Additional Information** * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM, lunch break from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4.800,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Free parking * Transportation allowance
