If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Routinely manage and administer the matrix budget for your cost centers, maintenance costs, and working capital, as well as all approved Capex projects and carry\-overs; * Ensure and lead short-, medium-, and long-term planning (P3M, P6M, and P1A) in accordance with current procedures; * Prepare management reports by tracking performance indicators related to results and productivity; * Guide and monitor preventive and corrective equipment maintenance activities, mobilizing necessary resources to complete required services; * Monitor efficiency and quality in maintenance activities, managing potential failures and ensuring compliance with specifications to maintain required quality standards and defined policies; * Cascade corporate guidelines and goals to the team and participate in governance meetings; * Ensure adherence to the MP Pillar by consistently and rigorously aligning the Master Plan with the other pillars of the Êxito Program; * Provide methodological tools for root-cause analysis of deviations across all indicators; * Encourage the maintenance team to develop improvements and fully support their implementation; * Organize maintenance work across areas, ensuring required safety and quality standards and complying with SGI \- Integrated Management System guidelines: Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management; * Minimum three years of experience in industrial maintenance; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Technical knowledge of GMP, PLCs, frequency converters, Quality Management Systems, and SAP. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management. **** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
