This professional is responsible for a range of activities—from direct customer support to execution of operational and organizational tasks—actively contributing to the unit’s smooth functioning and results. We seek someone with prior experience, proactivity, strong communication skills, and readiness to assume responsibilities and challenges. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and outreach, offering support and information about products and services. * Organize and restock products on shelves and gondolas, ensuring correct pricing and attractive display. * Assist in warehouse organization, goods receipt, and inventory verification. * Operate the cash register, recording sales and performing financial transactions efficiently and accurately. * Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sales areas, warehouse, and fitting rooms. * Support store opening and closing procedures, following established protocols. * Identify and report replenishment needs or product-related issues. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and performance indicators. * Provide support during inventory counts and other store operational activities. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience as a Store Operator or in a similar role, preferably in retail. * Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems. * Experience with sales targets. * Courses or training in retail or customer service. #### **Benefits:** #### **Work schedule and working hours:
