Job Summary: Provide customer service and commercial support, including order tracking and issue resolution on marketplaces, using CRMs. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service for pre-sales and post-sales, including marketplaces such as Amazon. 2. Order tracking and resolution of logistics-related issues. 3. Use of CRM and commercial automation tools. Junior Commercial Analyst Key Responsibilities: * Provide customer service (pre-sales and post-sales) to ensure a positive customer experience; * Handle customer inquiries via marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Livre; * Track orders from dispatch through to delivery; * Resolve issues in coordination with marketplaces and logistics carriers; * Use CRM and commercial automation tools daily; * Update product listings and related information on marketplaces; What We Are Looking For: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Interest in commercial operations, e-commerce, or customer service; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (preferred) Work Location: On-site
