**Job Description**
Perform support services in the areas of human resources, administration, finance, and logistics; interact with suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information regarding
products and services; handle various documents, fulfilling all necessary procedures related to them. Engage in microcredit granting to micro-entrepreneurs,
serving clients both on-site and at branches, as well as prospecting clients within communities. Work in resource mobilization, planning and implementing strategies for
resource acquisition and outreach to donors/partners.
**Main Responsibilities**
→ Carry out procurement processes for the Indaiatuba unit;
→ Register suppliers;
→ Transfer notes between branches;
→ Receive goods and enter them into the system;
→ Close purchase orders (OP) and input data into the spreadsheet;
→ Reception and telephone services;
→ Assist employees with timekeeping and payroll;
→ Perform activities in compliance with technical standards and procedures for safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection;
**\- Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 150.00\), transportation allowance, on-site meals, plus a 50% subsidy for dental plan coverage.
**\- Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except Fridays, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).

Salary: R$2\.413,56 per month
