**Know your mission:** * Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence in Obramax’s internal processes, proposing scalable initiatives; * Develop and prototype innovative solutions using generative AI tools and automation, aligned with business needs; * Collaborate with business areas to map operational pain points and transform them into viable technological solutions; * Contribute to building a culture of innovation and intelligent data usage within the company; * Support the evolution of data usage for decision-making, working jointly with technology and product teams; * Work closely with business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements for developing data and AI solutions; * Collaborate with other IT areas, sharing and aligning information through meetings and alignment sessions on data and governance, to ensure solution integration and alignment with the company’s data strategy; * Document processes, experiments, and learnings, promoting knowledge sharing across teams. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Management, or related fields; * A postgraduate degree in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Big Data, or related fields will be considered a plus; * Expertise in data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, COBIT), with focus on defining policies, processes, responsibilities, metrics, and indicators to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance—aligned with regulations such as LGPD; * Proficiency in data quality techniques and tools (SQL, ETL tools, etc.), with expertise in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment to ensure information reliability and accuracy; * Advanced knowledge of various data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh), with experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions, and mastery of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical), data schema design, normalization, and query optimization; * Expertise in BI concepts and techniques, with experience designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
