The role requires organization, strong communication, and accountability, contributing to the smooth execution of internal tasks and supporting managers and candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Screen resumes according to department guidelines. Contact candidates to schedule interviews. Organize the interview schedule and support managers throughout recruitment processes. Assist with administrative routines within the Human Resources department. Organize documents and maintain updated physical and digital files. Provide support in handling employee and candidate inquiries. Update spreadsheets and systems with recruitment process information. Assist with other departmental tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in the Human Resources field. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Computer literacy, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization, accountability, and discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to work well in teams and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
