Job Summary: An HR Department professional with experience in labor routines, legislation, and systems, focused on client service and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in Human Resources Department and accounting offices 2. Thorough knowledge of labor and social security legislation 3. Familiarity with eSocial, DIRF, DCTFWeb, and payroll systems **Technical Prerequisites** * **Academic Qualification**: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Experience**: Proven experience in the Human Resources Department sector, preferably in accounting offices. Practical knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, payroll processing, eSocial, and labor calculations. * **Technical Knowledge**: Thorough knowledge of labor and social security legislation. Familiarity with the eSocial system, DIRF, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations. Experience calculating social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and apply union regulations. * **Systems and Tools**: Experience using payroll systems (preferably the Dominio system). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate or advanced level). Knowledge of government platforms (Conectividade Social, eCAC). * **Complementary Skills**: Strong communication skills for client service and resolution of labor-related inquiries. Organizational skills to manage deadlines and high-volume workloads. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality due to access to sensitive data.
