The company seeks a Customer Account Analyst in Curitiba (Industrial District). **Responsibilities:** Serve as the primary contact for the entire order lifecycle, ensuring agility from manual or electronic order entry through modification and cancellation control. Act as a subject matter expert, providing coaching and support to other account analysts. Facilitate coordination among sales, credit, and manufacturing plants to balance customer needs with business objectives. Support manufacturing units to ensure orders are released and shipped within agreed timelines. Maintain updated customer records (addresses, contacts, and specific requirements) and ensure all functions comply with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and company policies. Keep customers and sales representatives informed about order status, forecasts, and complaint resolutions. Manage fiscal benefit validation letters and support the approval process for new business opportunities. Conduct cross-training and provide backup coverage for the team to ensure operational continuity. Previous experience as a Customer Relationship Analyst, Customer Service Analyst, Account Coordinator, or Customer Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
